My breathwork sessions are in English — unless there's only German native speakers in the call.
I work in German (native) and English. I spent two years in London, earned my LL.M. at UCL, and worked with international clients throughout my legal career.
There are many different forms of meditation. A key difference to most: you don't just observe (your breath), but you do something. You change your breath to change your state.
This is why most people find it easier to do breathwork in intense weeks — especially beginners. You don't just realize how your head is (still) spinning, but you're busy changing your breathing pattern. And your body gives you immediate feedback that keeps you going.
You don't need any experience to join.
Avoid my sessions if you are pregnant or have serious health conditions. If in doubt, consult your physician.
Why is this? The main part of my session is activating with controlled hyperventilation and longer breath holds.

If you cancel no later than 24 hours before the class, you'll get a full refund. Later cancellations only get refunded if I fill your spot.
