What to Expect

No Experience Needed. I'll Safely Guide You.

The Session

  • I explain the breathing techniques.
  • I guide you through 30–35 minutes of breathwork.
  • You can share with the group (if you like).

How to Prepare

  • Have a quiet, private space.
  • Put your phone in another room.
  • Make sure you can comfortably lie down for the breathwork (bed, sofa, or yoga mat are ideal).
  • Have anything you might need: comfortable clothes, blanket (your temperature can change), small pillow, water, your journal.
  • Use headphones for the best sound.

Breathing Techniques

  • I combine calming and activating breathing techniques, designed for a deep nervous system reset.
  • In particular: conscious connected breathing (controlled hyperventilation), breath holds, slow breathing.

Safety Notes

  • Avoid my sessions if you are pregnant or have serious health conditions. If in doubt, consult your physician.
  • Never combine hyperventilation and breath holds in or near water (here's why).

I'm not a lawyer, can I join? +

Of course. My services are open to everyone. I only specialize in lawyers as I was one myself.

Why do you deliver your breathwork sessions via Zoom? +

So you can join from wherever you are without travel time, enjoying the comfort and privacy of your home. (If you prefer in-person sessions, check out your local meditation or yoga studio.)

Are your breathwork sessions in German or English? +

My breathwork sessions are in English — unless there's only German native speakers in the call.

I work in German (native) and English. I spent two years in London, earned my LL.M. at UCL, and worked with international clients throughout my legal career.

How is this different from meditation? +

There are many different forms of meditation. A key difference to most: you don't just observe (your breath), but you do something. You change your breath to change your state.

This is why most people find it easier to do breathwork in intense weeks — especially beginners. You don't just realize how your head is (still) spinning, but you're busy changing your breathing pattern. And your body gives you immediate feedback that keeps you going.

Are your breathwork sessions suitable for everyone? +

You don't need any experience to join.

Avoid my sessions if you are pregnant or have serious health conditions. If in doubt, consult your physician.

Why is this? The main part of my session is activating with controlled hyperventilation and longer breath holds.

Do I have to book a package of multiple sessions? +

No. You book session by session with complete flexibility.

What if I can't make it to a session I booked? +

You can cancel using the button in your confirmation email.

If you cancel no later than 24 hours before the class, you'll get a full refund. Later cancellations only get refunded if I fill your spot.

Do you offer breathwork for companies and organizations? +

I do, in-person and via Zoom. For your team during intense weeks, for your event or off-site, festival, or retreat (in particular here in Mallorca).

Is breathwork too "alternative" for me? +

I was skeptical before my first session. As lawyers, we're critical minds. That's our superpower.
