How I Found Breathwork as a Lawyer and Why Top Athletes Use It, Too

5 years ago, I was skeptical about breathwork.


Then I walked into a Berlin studio during a brutal week.

Tired. Rushed. Stressed.

Barely made it on time. 


One hour later, I left completely transformed.
Relaxed. Clear. Energized.


This was the missing tool I'd been searching for.


A deep reset for my body and mind. That even worked in the most intense weeks — when meditation or yoga would fail me.


My biggest regret? Not discovering it earlier.
