Do you only work with lawyers? +

I specialize in lawyers because I was one myself for seven years. But I also work with in-house counsels, other legal professionals, and people in other intense jobs. What works for high-pressure legal environments works for them too.

P.S.

I know the in-house perspective well — I did a secondment with a major media company for over a year, spending 1–3 days per week there (and the rest in the law firm).

Do you deliver coaching sessions in person or online? +

I work via Zoom for maximum flexibility. (If you prefer in-person sessions, we can discuss how to make them possible.)

Can we change session duration and frequency? +

Sessions are usually 90 minutes, every other week. Enough time for deep work in each session and for the experiments I give you between sessions. We can adapt duration and frequency to ensure an efficient coaching process.

What languages do you work in? +

German (native) and English. I spent two years in London, earned my LL.M. at UCL, and worked with international clients throughout my legal career.

Do I have to book a package of multiple sessions? +

No. You pay session by session with complete flexibility. I invoice monthly — just like you do with your clients. No long-term commitment.

Do you offer guided breathwork sessions? +

Yes. Check out my group breathwork sessions on Monday, 8 PM (CET). We can also add guided breathwork to our coaching sessions, tailored to your process. I follow you, whatever you need.

This system was built in BigLaw pressure, not a wellness retreat. It's practical tools that work in the real world of legal practice. Designed by someone who knows what being a lawyer actually feels like.

I learned this the hard way. I started meditation with one-hour morning and evening sessions because a teacher in India told me to. Worked for one day in Berlin, then I avoided it for months. It only became sustainable when I started with baby steps.

That's why I prescribe the minimum effective dose, mindful of your time.
