I'm not a lawyer, can I join? +

Of course. I specialize in lawyers because I was one myself. But I also work with in-house counsels, other legal professionals, and people in other intense jobs. What works for high-pressure legal environments works for them too.

P.S.

I know the in-house perspective well — I did a secondment with a major media company for over a year, spending 1–3 days per week there (and the rest in the law firm).

What languages do you work in? +

German (native) and English. I spent two years in London, earned my LL.M. at UCL, and worked with international clients throughout my legal career.

How is this different from wellness programs? +

This system was built in BigLaw pressure, not a wellness retreat. It's practical tools that work in the real world of legal practice. Designed by someone who knows what being a lawyer actually feels like.
