I use and combine elements like cyclic hyperventilation, breath holds, slow breathing, and light breathing (with air hunger) – depending on what I want to achieve for you with a session. Morning, lunch, and evening sessions are tailored to your needs.

Sessions run 30-90 minutes, with 20-50 minutes of breathwork. Corporate sessions are usually 45-60 minutes with 25-35 minutes of breathwork. Sessions for special occasions (e.g. company event) can be longer or shorter.
I always explain the breathwork so you know what to do and what to expect. After the breathwork, there is time for shares.
For in-person breathwork, I provide eye pillows.

I usually use the gentle and profound method of Clarity Breathwork — a conscious connected breath.
Inhale fully through your mouth into your chest with a silent "ah". Exhale fully and effortlessly through the mouth with a silent "ha". There is no pause between inhale and exhale.

Sessions are usually 2 hours.
The 1st hour is a coaching conversation. In the 2nd hour, you breathe and I support your transformation with individual breath cues and questions tailored to your coaching topic.
For in-person sessions, I usually provide eye pillows.
I recommend starting with 10 sessions, scheduled every other week.
