Hi, I'm Jan

A media lawyer turned breathwork practitioner and coach.

My mission

I help lawyers master stress and build sustainable productivity through breathwork and coaching — excel at work while safeguarding health and life.

My why

I know those chaotic days: unfocused, unproductive, stressed. Reacting to one "urgent" task after another. Leaving late, important work undone, hours unbilled.
