Hi, I'm Jan

A media lawyer turned breathwork practitioner and coach, based in Berlin.

My mission

Empower lawyers to excel and leave the office earlier with a good feeling. 

My why

I know those days: unproductive, chaotic. Lost focus, stress levels through the roof. I was reactive, bouncing from one "urgent" task to another. Leaving later than planned. Without getting the important work done. Unable to invoice significant parts of my hours.

But then there are those golden days. When everything flows. I protected my focus to get the important work done. I recharged my battery throughout the day. I stayed calm in the midst of a storm and rode the waves of positive stress when an emergency popped up.

I've honed these skills over time. With the tools I now share in my work.
